Project Highlights

This entire main floor renovation consisted of a brand new custom kitchen, new flooring, and a host of standout features. The kitchen includes granite and waterfall countertops, a custom cooking nook with a flush cooktop placed within a recessed niche, and a built-in hood vent. The niche wall is also decorated with a collection of personally chosen ceramic plates, which add a personal and artistic touch. The built-in Miele appliances and extra-large format floor tiles complete the kitchen.

The dining area is equipped with pot lights and a small custom table, and the living area features a mantel, built-in speakers, and a TV nook with a custom wood shelf. A floating staircase of exposed metal beam connects the floors, and the railing is made of custom black-painted ironwork. Other finishes include engineered hardwood throughout and a custom-built arch to cover drain lines unobtrusively. A window and door were also removed and replaced with a new patio door to further open the space.
