Project Highlights

This open design basement was fully finished with functionality and comfort in mind. It has a 3-piece washroom with a walk-in shower, including a bench, built-in niche, and shower column. We installed a sliding glass door for the bathroom design in Oakville alongside the closet for a sleek, contemporary appearance.

We included engineered hardwood flooring throughout, which was laid over a Dricore subfloor to provide more warmth and durability. The room was topped with six-panel doors, colonial baseboards, and a new staircase to top it all off.
