Project Highlights

This 450 sq ft basement was designed as a light, open-concept space with plenty of function in a tidy little package. This Burlington basement renovation features vinyl flooring throughout, a tucked-away office nook, and a 3-piece bath with walk-in shower. We also added full-height storage with a built-in washer and dryer, which is clean and out of view.

The open staircase keeps the space cohesive overall, with sleek metal pickets adding a touch of modern touch. Details like 5-panel doors, bevel moulding step, and clean trim finishes it off with an unelaborated, shiny look
