Project Highlights

This basement was finished with an open concept layout that includes one bedroom with a custom sliding barn door entrance and a closet with a built-in organizer. The 3-piece bathroom features a walk-in shower with Riobel fixtures, a rain-head, and a custom-sized shower niche with white and grey tile.

This basement upgrade in Oakville also includes a full kitchen, a laundry room, and a feature wall with marble accents, an electric fireplace, and a 3D tile detail inside the niche. Finishes include step-bevel baseboards, dark grey one-panel shaker doors, and light grey walls throughout for a clean, modern feel.
